CANCER fae, Nebuca

Nurturing and sentimental, a single tear rolls down Nebuca’s cheek. Much moon imagery is featured here, as that is a big part of Cancer’s identity, from the crescent shapes found throughout to the embedded moonstones. I wanted her garb to look swimsuit-adjacent, and the armor represents a crab’s exoskeleton. She sits within a tide pool illuminated by moonlight. I took a lot of inspiration from Zeromus in FF12 (aka the Esper that got me out of many precarious situations), such as the horseshoe crab tail and buster gun claw. Nebuca’s color is the silver hue of the moon.
